Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, Nigeria’s biggest opposition coalition, claimed, yesterday, that it was in possession of a five-man list of justices approved by the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, to hear the petition of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, against the results of the February 23 presidential elections.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) erred in declaring the governorship election in Adamawa State inconclusive because the margin of lead was lower than the number of registered voters in places where voting was cancelled.
