Fast-rising Tanzanian actress Jessie Q has finally been laid to rest.
Jessie was buried at her parents home in Morogoro, Tanzania on Tuesday, April 9, afternoon.
The burial ceremony saw the attendance of thousands of Tanzanians and local celebrities who turned up to bid their colleague farewell.
Her death was confirmed by The House of Talent producer Rehema Jones who said she passed on after developing complications a few hours after delivering her son.
Her burial also attracted thousands of her fans and fellow celebrities who could not hold back their tears as they bid the deceased fare well.
Jessie passed on just days after the Tanzanian entertainment industry lost Ruge Mutahaba, Clouds Media boss, journalist Ephraim Kibonde and rapper Godzilla.
