The Blues will however first make a trip to Leicester City on Sunday, May 12, for their last Premier League match before they travel to the United States for a friendly clash against New England Revolution in Massachusetts on May 16.
Chelsea will then resume preparations for the European tournament's finals a week later, in a busy schedule that has seen Sarri admit he is concerned his players could suffer from fatigue.
"But as a coach, of course, I am a little bit worried because I know very well that the team now needs rest. So it is not the best way to prepare the final, I think," UK Metro quoted the Italian tactician.
"I have to look to my players, so I know very well that my players need to rest, and after four or five days they need to work for three or four days and then they need to prepare for the match. The match will be interesting and difficult," he added.
Meanwhile, having confirmed their place in next season's Champions League, Chelsea will be seeking to end their season on a high with the European trophy.
Arsenal, on the hand stand an outside chance of qualifying for the European elite competition next season should they win the Europa League title.
