Success in operations for SANDF and SAPS

The SANDF Company from 121 South African Infantry Battalion, currently deployed between the RSA/ Mozambican borders under OP CORONA (Border line protection) in Mpumalanga province, conducted a number of planned operations these past weeks.
Some operations were conducted in conjunction with the SAPS. Successes over a 3 days period include second hand clothing, alcohol, cigarettes and shoes to the value of R 1 552 300 being seized.

In a separate incident on the 4th October 2019 at 04:03 AM, Bravo Company Commander, Major Motsetse Abel Chochoe and his reaction force platoon received information about a stolen vehicle was which was driving around in Dludluma. They quickly conducted a Vehicle Control Point (VCP) and were able to recover a stolen Ford Ranger. The suspect managed to flee the scene.
