Aberdeen fire sees scores of SFRS crews battle flames for six hours at tandoori

AN ABERDEEN tandoori went up in flames overnight - with SFRS crews battling the fire for six hours.
Emergency services were scrambled to the scene on King Street after the alarm was raised around 12.42am this morning.
It's understood there have been no injuries.
Worried locals spotted the large emergency presence in the area.
Three pumps and an aerial unit were mobilised to the blaze at the Shalimar Tandoori on King Street.
And SFRS bosses say that crews were stood down around 6am this morning.
Local diversions are in place around the area this morning as a result of the blaze.
A spokesperson for SFRS said: "We were called to reports of a fire at a property on King Street in Aberdeen around 12.42am this morning.
