After 80 Days of Kogi Gov'ship Election, Court Fixes Date To Rule on Authentic PDP Candidate

After 80 days of Kogi Stats Governorship Election, High Court sitting in Lokoja has fixed March 6, to rule on the authentic candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the election.
Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, the first runner up of the PDP primaries conducted on September 3, is challenging the winner of the primary election, Engr. Musa Wada, who lost to the the incumbent Governor, Yahaya Bello, the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 16 governorship election in the state.
After hearing the Counsels to both parties, Justice John Olorunfemi, fixed March 6 to deliver judgment on who was the rightful candidate of the party that supposed to have contested against governor Yahaya Bello during the November 16 governorship election.
As Justice Olorunfemi set to deliver judgment; if the case favours Abubakar Ibrahim, what is yet to be known is if the vote cast for Musa Wada of PDP during the governorship election will be transfered to him and if he will be allowed to continue with the ongoing case at the Tribunal where Musa Wada is challenging Yahaya Bello and claimed he was the winner of the election.
