FIRE: Cops investigating blaze in Aylmer

Firefighters quickly doused a blaze at the St-Vincent de Paul outlet in Aylmer early Tuesday morning but the cause of the fire remains under investigation by Gatineau police.
Firefighters called to 56 Principale Street at 3:31 a.m. discovered that the fire had started on an exterior wall of the rear of a storage building at the charity and began spreading to the roof.
The fire was under control at 5:32 a.m.
Damage is estimated at about $15,000.
