This truly is something to marvel at. Here are a few Nigerians doing very well in the sporting category:
Efe Ajagba (Boxing)
￼Efe Ajagba (born 22 April 1994) is a Nigerian professional boxer. As an amateur, he won a gold medal at the 2015 African Games and bronze at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Efe Ajagba beats down former world title challenger Razvan Cojanu, earning a ninth round stoppage to stay unbeaten in the FOX co-feature from Barclays Center.
Kamaru Usman (MMA)
￼Kamaru Usman is a Nigerian-born American mixed martial artist who competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he is the current UFC Welterweight Champion. Usman is also The Ultimate Fighter 21 tournament winner. As of January 27, 2020.
Odion Ighalo (Football)
￼Odion Jude Ighalo is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for English Premier League club Manchester United, on loan from Shanghai Greenland Shenhua of the Chinese Super League. Odion Ighalo had already scored three goals in two starts.

Asisat Oshoala (Football)
￼Asisat Oshoala, 25, is the winner of the CAF Africa Women Footballer of the Year, 2019. She is Nigerian and one of our country’s greatest ambassadors in women football. Her latest award is the fourth time she would be declared Africa’s Best Female Footballer, making her equal the record of her compatriot, Perpetua Nkwocha with whom she now shares that distinction.

Israel Adesanya has retained his belt as the Middleweight Champion, after defeating Cuban boxer, Yoel Romero in unanimous decision.
Anthony 'AJ' Joshua
￼Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua, OBE (born 15 October 1989) is an Nigerian British professional boxer who is a two-time unified heavyweight champion, having held the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO titles since December 2019 and previously between 2016 and June 2019.
