PSG Players Mock Erling Haaland After Beating BVB To Qualify for UCL Quarters
March. 12, 2020
Paris Saint-Germain players trolled Dortmund youngster Erling Haaland after knocking them out of Champions League on Wednesday night.
Playing in a stadium due to coronavirus fears, Neymar and Juan Bernat first-half strikes saw PSG win 2-0 on Wednesday and 3-2 on aggregate en route to their first Champions League quarter-final since 2016.
The 19-year-old Norwegian scored a double in Dortmund's 2-1 first-leg victory at Signal Iduna Park, celebrating by sitting on the pitch and pretending to meditate.
But PSG players used the same celebration style moments after the final whistle as they celebrated their progress to the quarters.
With Neymar having already copied Haaland's celebration after scoring PSG's opener, Thomas Tuchel's squad all replicated the meditating pose following the final whistle.
