How Arsenal will line up vs Chelsea for FA Cup final with Aubameyang, Lacazette and Pepe up front in full-strength team
Jul 31, 2020
MIKEL ARTETA has insisted Arsenal's supporters deserve the "joy" of an FA Cup win.
The Gunners - who are the most successful team in the competition's history - will be up against Chelsea.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored twice as Arsenal booked their spot in the final with a win over Manchester City .
The Gabon international is expected to keep his spot in the starting XI for Saturday's trip to Wembley.
And this time he could form part of a front-three alongside Alexandre Lacazette and Nicolas Pepe.
Arteta is expected to start with them three leading the line ahead Granit Xhaka and Dani Ceballos.
Hector Bellerin was replaced by Ainsley Maitland-Niles for the win over Watford as he was nursing a minor calf injury.
But the Spaniard, 25, looks set to start this weekend after returning to training this week.
Bukayo Saka has surely done enough to earn his spot on the other side after a string of impressive performances.
At the back, Arsenal could start with Kieran Tierney, David Luiz and Rob Holding.
Emiliano Martinez will keep his spot between the sticks as Bernd Leno is injured.
