Ajimobi's Family Observe 40th-day Fidau Prayer for Late Oyo Former Governor, Abiola
The family of the late former governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, this Thursday, observed 40th-day Fidau prayer for their loved one.
At the event, Nigerians were charged not to take life for granted, rather, they should utilize all the opportunity given to them by Allah to make meaningful contributions to the development of humanity.
The word of encouragement was given by Islamic clerics at the 40th-day Fidau Prayer for the late former governor, held at his Oluyole residence in Ibadan.
In their short sermons at the Fidau prayer, Sheik Muyideen Ajani Bello and an Islamic scholar, Alhaji Mudathir Bada said until a person discovered the purpose of life and make a living around it, life will have no respect for such person.
The Islamic scholars who maintained that none of the properties the late former governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi was buried with him, advised the living souls to stop chasing life, rather, they should seek the kingdom of God.
Some of the personalities who present at the Oluyole residence of the late former governor, Abiola Ajimobi for the 40th-day Fidau prayer were: Kano state governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje; Senator Teslim Folarin, amongst others.
