Talking about brain damaging, it can be physical or mental or habitual also.
The brain damaging habits include our everyday habits that are not up to the mark and if not taken care may lead to a greater loss.

1. Skipping Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Without it, not only will you feel sluggish but your brain— that' s revving up for another busy day— hasn' t been fed in many hours.
Running on an empty stomach without proper nutrition day after day will cause your metabolism to slow and your brain to shut down some functions— permanently.
In addition, a Japanese study found that people who routinely skip breakfast are thirty- six percent more likely to suffer a brain hemorrhage.
Many studies support the observation that the brain performs better if properly nourished every morning; from a professor of pediatrics at Duke University:
" Without glucose our brain simply doesn' t operate as well. People have difficulty understanding new information, they have a problem with visual and spatial understanding, and they don' t remember things as well. "
2. Lacking in Stimulating Thoughts
Do you know? Thinking is the best way to train your brain, so think more, write more and explore more. All this will help you to keep your brain fresh. Lacking in the brain stimulation, may cause brain shrinkage.
Smoking not only harms the lungs, but the brain as well, the nicotine in cigarettes contains substances that can cause multiple brain cell shrinkage, leading to Alzheimer' s disease.
As if we' re not already feeling guilty enough about this one! Apparently, besides making us gain weight, feel bloated and damaging our self- esteem, overeating also causes hardening of brain arteries which can in turn decrease mental power.
5. Excessive Sugar Intake
Sugar intake has long been associated with several health complications, from obesity all the way to cancer and other life- threatening conditions. For some reason, we still end up taking excess sugar either knowingly or unknowingly. The effects are heartbreaking.
