Daily Habits That Can Enhance Reproductive Performance

Do you know that you can improve your reproductive function by performing simple tasks everyday? In fact, it is possible that some of the things you do already are improving your reproductive function without you even knowing. The behaviors we involve ourselves in daily have direct impact on our reproductive health just as it has influence on our overall health.
1. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Heart health is closely linked to reproductive health and elevated cholesterol level impacts on heart health. A weak heart cannot deliver good bed activity. Though we eat fruits and vegetables, intentionally adding it to diet will be a deliberate attempt to improve reproductive health.
2. A cup of coffee can be good. Several studies have confirmed that taking 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day impacts positively on reproductive health. It is important not to be addicted to caffeine, taking a whole pack or bowl of large quantity of coffee would be counter productive.
3. Engage in Physical Exercise. Understanding that your cardiovascular health is closely linked to your reproductive health should stimulate you to actively participate in physical exercises everyday. Regular physical exercise keeps you fit and in shape, giving you the necessary stamina needed to perform well in bed. Getting a minimum of 30 minutes moderate intensity exercise will be very helpful for improving reproductive health.
