Today, we have been subjected to several unhealthy practices by our society, which in turn have also brought down our nutrition and physical appearance. In reaction, many of us, often unintentionally, often irresistibly, and often intentionally, ignorantly play daily deteriorating games of risky life imposed upon us by life.

This, in fact, never leaves us without physical consequences, making us look older than we are. Out of the many reasons why we look older than our ages below, I'm going to show a few here for a moment.
1. You Act Your Age
The mind rules over matter when it comes to ageing, so the evidence suggests that individuals who succeed in old age think younger. Indeed, having a strong self-perception of ageing would mean an additional 7.5 years of longevity, and those over 40 who remain optimistic are up to 20 per cent younger than their biological age. So then, "A you think in your heart, so are you!" Think carefully, smartly, but don't think old.
2. You Don't Boost Your Physical Activity
Recent research suggests that intense exercise, particularly interval training of high intensity, will delay ageing by almost a decade at the cellular level! Ensuring that you are involved every day is necessary! Exercise also increases the flow of blood, transferring oxygen and nutrients to the working cells of the body, including the skin, creating a more youthful appearance. Exercise is also linked to maintaining muscle mass and strength, retaining more brain volume in areas that affect motor function and balance, fewer menopause-related hot flashes, improved memory and brain activity with age, and adding almost 5 years to longevity. Get younger now, get going, don't just sit back and watch yourself grow old. Do those little walks, dance and walking escorts, do what you love to keep your body looking younger and more active.
3. You Expose Yourself To The Sun A lot
Welcome to my part of the world (Nigeria), where a few steps from hell to earth are our bright days. In this part of my country and every other part of it, I will always give you invaluable advice, always wear sunscreen with at least a 30 SPF rating, and make sure it is broad-spectrum (blocks both UVA and UVB rays). No matter whether the day is cloudy or bright, the UV rays are still there. And remember that you can reapply every few hours so that your skin is still preserved. About 90% of visible aging signs are associated with exposure to ultraviolet UVA and UVB radiation from the sun, UV rays break down elastin, the tissue that gives the skin its elasticity, resulting in a dull, saggy appearance, and may cause uneven color, wrinkles, and age spots of the skin. The damage will not occur for years, but early detection is essential to staying young forever (speaking with the voice of Bob Dylan )
4. You Don't Eat A Plant-Rich Diet
When you eat a healthy diet with mostly fruits and vegetables supplemented with When you eat a healthy diet with more fruits and vegetables combined with lean protein and whole grains, it is easier to stay young and healthy. It is easier to stay young and healthy. Within and out, these foods have important nutrients that support healthy aging. Fruits & veggies also increase the intake of essential phytonutrients that help protect against dangerous free radicals. You will begin to make this a habit by eating fruits and vegetables depending on their seasons, so it was fresh and inexpensive. Do not miss out on eating as much as possible of each fruit or vegetable as it comes (as hot as it is!)
5. You Don't Drink Plenty of Water
Do you like the youthful radiance without the diverse mixture of chemicals and all the rough techniques? Drink 6-8 glasses of filtered water each day to keep the skin moist and promote optimum health. Dried and wrinkled skin is formed by dehydration. Proper hydration ensures that the tissues and skin cells are replenished, allowing for younger, healthier-looking skin. So don't be afraid to drown by drinking plenty of water, because that's only one main thing needed to look younger, apart from showing your skin shrinks and wrinkles faster than normal.
6. You overindulge yourself with too much alcohol and caffeine.
The old saying, "Too much of everything is bad" never disappoints. This has nothing to do with spiritual feelings and personal values. Alcohol in moderation) can have some impacts on your wellbeing, but too much alcohol and caffeine can hurt your appearance and health. Alcohol and caffeine dehydrate and deplete the body with essential nutrients. Even if you want to look younger, drinking too much can make these effects permanent, resulting in unhealthy flushed skin and bloated, spider veins-never healthy. Alcohol causes blood vessels to dilate in the cheeks.
7. You're eating too many calories
A shorter lifespan was associated with consuming more calories and a longer lifespan was associated with eating fewer calories. And other studies have shown that through exercising and lowering calories, slowing the metabolism, and helping to postpone the ageing process, the growth of a thyroid hormone called T3 is reduced. As well as the largest proportion of centenarians (people aged 100 and over the Japanese have the oldest population in the world and much of their philosophy of how to feel younger and live longer revolves around well-being and not overeating. Mind the food, because it holds lists of those who misuse it and tracks them later in life at an early age.
8. Exercise Your Brain
Use or lose it is true in terms of brain function. Brain exercises can "train" the brain to keep cognitive disability at bay right up to 10 years of age, in the same way as physical activity enhances brain fitness by improving both long-term and episodic memory and attention. It's a down dive to look younger, and a very quick drive to look older than your age. I'm not talking about meaningless thoughts and constant worrying about things. With puzzles, Sudoku, learning new languages or skills or playing an instrument, keeping healthy and young, however, the brain works.
