Godfrey Baguma is the ugliest man in the world and has even won a Guinness World Record for his disproportioned look. Godfrey suffers from a rare unknown medical condition that disfigured his face.

As a young boy, Bauma was always afraid to go out and socialize with people as they would term him as a strange creature. At the age of 10 years, he noticed an abnormal swelling in his cheek. Godfrey Baguma place of birth is Kyanzana, Lwengo district.

Godfrey Baguma said this " When I was born, my mother looked at me and said that I was not a normal child, and she left me. Thankfully my grandmother took care of me.

I was scared to go out and mix with people. People would say I wasn' t a human being, that I looked like a strange creature. But now I have to accept how I look. "

He has had his fair share of challenges in life due to his condition. He revealed that his mother abandoned him when he was born because of his strange looks. His grandmother took care of him.

Baguma won the less- than- favourable title in 2002, after he entered the competition to make money for his cash- strapped family.
