In a tragic incident that unfolded in the Kharkiv region, the devastating impact of Russian military aggression on civilian lives became painfully evident. On a fateful day near the village of Strilecha, a civilian vehicle fell prey to a ruthless attack, resulting in the tragic loss of two innocent lives and leaving a 73- year- old civilian injured. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor' s Office, through a solemn announcement on Telegram, revealed the grim details of the incident.

The assault occurred when Russian forces opened fire on an unsuspecting car, employing an anti- tank guided missile. The consequences were heart- wrenching, as a man and a woman lost their lives in an instant. Authorities are currently in the process of verifying the accuracy of the preliminary information, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.

Sadly, this was not an isolated occurrence. At approximately 11: 00 on the same day, the village of Petropavlivka in the Kupiansk district endured an attack, presumably orchestrated by the occupiers, involving artillery fire. Consequently, another civilian, a 23- year- old, sustained injuries, and a vehicle was damaged during the assault. The aftermath of this attack prompted the immediate deployment of prosecutors, police investigators, and explosive experts to the scene.
