The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) broke its quiet today and issued a new regulation to all owners of motor vehicles with regard to number plates and driving licenses.

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has instructed all motor vehicle owners who wish to verify the progress of their application for reflective number plates to send an email to mvenquiries@ntsa.go.ke. This directive was made in a statement dated today, April 2, 2024.

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has further instructed all motor vehicle owners to send an email to dlqueries@ntsa.go.ke if they have any questions about PSV or driving license services, including smart driving license inquiries, smart driving license status, driving license record updates, PSV badge inquiries, and PSV sacco inquiries.

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has further instructed all motor vehicle owners to send an email to dsmqueries@ntsa.go.ke if they are in need of any driving school management services, including driving school registration, driving school revalidation, PDL application support, driver test booking, driver test update/status, and driving calls endorsement.

All motor vehicle owners who strategically require official communication services are instructed to submit an email to info@ntsa.go.ke by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).
