Today Thursday 11th day, of April, 2024. The family of Moi, and Kenyans at large, have been met with sad news, of demise of the daughter to former president, and the second president, the late, Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi.

The departed daughter, goes by the name June Chebet Moi. According to the reports, Moi family, announced that June Chebet Moi, died on Thursday morning, and hence requested Kenyans for their prayers, as they go through these hard times.

"At this time of grief, we request for your prayers and privacy as we the family come to terms with the tragic loss of our sister. May her soul rest in eternal peace." Moi family stated while announcing the sudden death of June Chebet Moi.

The cause of her death, is yet to be made public but as soon as it is made public, we will let you know. June Chebet Moi, died at the age of sixty years. We as Opera fraternity, wish that her soul may rest in peace.
