Lava ProWatch ZN Review: More Bang For Your Buck Or Just Another Smartwatch Fad?
May 20, 2024
LAVA's transition across its lineup, including the new mid-range segment, has impressed the devices, and the company has now entered the wearables market with its Prowatch series.
The Indian smartphone brand has always promised to provide the best-in-class experience with top-tier features at an affordable price, and now with the Prowatch, the company hopes to capture the smartwatch category under Rs 3000. We recently tried out the Prowatch ZN, the series' flagship watch, but is it worth the hype? Find out below.
Lava Pro ZN Design:
Lava Prowatch ZN, the brand's first smartwatch, features a sleek circular design with a metal casing for a touch of premiumness. However, the watch has some bezels that blend in with the body perfectly and will not be wrong to say it feels like a no-bezel design. On the right side of the device, there is a functional crown for daily functions as well as a button that allows you to navigate. The strap is lightweight and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the quality, which felt like a smudge.
Lava Pro ZN Display:
Personally, I've never liked the displays on low-cost smartwatches, but not anymore. I'm very impressed with the Lava's 1.43-inch AMOLED display. Not only that, but the watch features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, which will help you avoid scratches. The smartwatch's peak brightness is 600 nits, and the refresh rate is 60 Hz. Overall, a buttery smooth screen with excellent response.
