Ghanaian comic actor Kwadwo Nkansah LilWin has been arrested by the police for his role in the accident which took the life of a kid on May 25, 2024.

Just when he was discharged from the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, he was arrested by the Manhyia Divisional Office of the Ghana Police Service.

Kwadwo Nkansah LilWin was in a wheelchair with bandages on his head and legs.

This new look has got people questioning him especially when he showed up for his movie premiere the night after the accident in a better condition than he is today.

He walked to the KNUST auditorium for his movie premiere on May 26 and went to church the following day yet after a week, this same person is in wheelchair when the police came to arrest him.

Comments on social media have people accusing him of exaggerating his condition to secure bail.
