The renowned actress Stella Ikwuegbu passed away on Sunday, sending the Nollywood film industry into sadness.

According to Naija News, Ikwuegbu passed away following a protracted fight with leg cancer.

Film producer Stanley Nwoko, also referred to as Stanley Ontop, announced her passing on his Instagram page. He stated that the seasoned actress passed away on Sunday, June 16.

Stella Ikwuegbu, a well- known Nollywood actress and veteran, has passed away.

" The seasoned actress passed away today following a battle with cancer of the leg. Good night, Lady Stella.

" Nollywood never again. "

Nollywood actress Ruby Ojiakor opens out, saying, " Junior Pope Was More Than A Friend. "

Ruby Ojiakor, a Nollywood actress, has addressed rumours that she had a love involvement with her late colleague John Odonwondo, also referred to as Junior Pope.

According to Naija News, following a number of social media posts and videos Ruby posted on her page in sorrow for the actor— who passed away in a boat accident while on set— there have been circulating claims online that Ruby was Junior Pope' s girlfriend.

Shortly after her husband' s funeral, Ruby on Instagram was unfollowed by Jennifer, the late actor' s wife, which sparked more suspicions.
