Last Sunday marked Father' s Day around the world. Fathers were celebrated for their enormous contributions to the betterment of their families and societies. Former President John Mahama was the guest minister at the Ringway Assemblies of God Church. He represented the Men' s Ministry as they ministered to the congregants. Mahama was spotted with his family in church. Mahama preached on the role of a father and encouraged men to do well and live exemplary lives for their children.

Interestingly, after the service, there was a banter on social media between Farida Mahama, the daughter of John Mahama and another Facebook user. According to the lady, Farida acted rudely in public and needs to be reprimanded. Many Ghanaians reacted to this banter and one particular comment received a lot of reactions.

The Facebook user, GH Ekd, noted that Farida isn' t the real daughter of the former president. This got many Ghanaians angry and they lashed out at the one who made that comment. Many questioned how GH Ekd came by that information and why the information matters. A check on the Facebook profile of the guy shows that he is a strong NPP supporter who is campaigning for Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia.

Not much is known about Mahama' s children, except Sharaf Mahama. Sharaf is often seen at social gatherings. Aside him, very little is known about the rest of the kids and so it is surprising that someone will allege that Farida Mahama isn' t the real daughter of Mahama.
