Jun 29, 2024
Popular political commentator and Saturday Nation columnist Gabriel Oguda has broken his silence on social media a few days after he was abducted by some alleged state agents and later released.
Oguda was abducted in the wee hours of Tuesday morning and was detained at a police station in Kajiado. He was released on Thursday.
On Friday evening, he made a post on his Facebook page revealing about his return to social media.
"Guess who is back," he wrote.
In a follow up post he said how his X handle was messed up during his abduction and said he was still unbeaten despite the ordeal.
"Tell the people on Twitter that I've sent my greetings. Those state agents messed up with my X account but they're about to discover that God is not Kamau," Oguda revealed.
He further promised to talk about his abduction and assured his fans to be patient on that. Oguda also notified to his fans that his column in today's nation has highlighted about his ordeal at Kajiado police station after his arrest.
"For those asking for tales from my abduction, rest easy knowing I always got your back. My column in tomorrow's Saturday Nation takes you straight to the inside of my radioactive cell at Kajiado Police Station where I was dumped in like a thieving stepchild," Oguda added.
