Veteran actor and filmmaker, Jerry Amilo has taken to his official social media handle to recount ordeal of a ghastly motor accident that happened in May 1998 as reported by Premium Times Nigeria.

Jerry Amilo shared throwback photos with Omotala Jalade Ekeinde and Emmanuel Ehumadu aka Labista which was taken on movie set 3 years after the 1998 near-to-death incident.

The veteran actor explained that the photo is a throwback moment on set with Omotala Jalade Ekeinde and Emmanuel Ehumadu in 2001, adding that it was exactly three years after the 1998 ghastly motor accident that sent him to the mortuary for 3 days.

Also, Jerry gave glory to God for a lifetime of grace and mercy, adding that they used to be skinny back then and God is good to them now.

The accident damaged his face and many thought he was dead. He was taken to the mortuary where he spent 3 days before discovering that he was still alive.

They later took him to the hospital for treatment.
