During his ongoing house-to-house campaign in the Akwatia Constituency, Hon. Boakye joined several households in their kitchens, where he prepared popular local dishes such as banku and even pounded fufu, showcasing his culinary skills and willingness to roll up his sleeves and get involved.
In addition to his culinary involvement, Hon. Boakye also took time to engage with local tradespeople, including a group of hairdressers. While interacting with them, he surprised onlookers by taking over the role of a hairdresser and braiding hair for a lady, much to the delight of those present.
