He explained that the practice involves bringing future financial success into the present, but at the expense of the practitioner' s lifespan, which he claims is cut in half.

" Money ritual is real and it works. What they do is drag money from your future to your present; they fast- track your success, and in return, your lifespan reduces by half, " Nedu stated.

In addition to his comments on money rituals, Nedu also made headlines with a revelation about a popular Lagos pastor. During an interview with Naija FM, Nedu implied that the pastor had been involved in inappropriate relationships with female members of his church.
