Presidential candidate of the Ghana Freedom Party, Akua Donkor, has named Kwabena Agyeman Appiah Kubi, popularly known as Roman Fada and host of Atinka FM’s drive time show, as her running mate for the 2024 elections.

Initially, Akua Donkor had planned to pick Adakabre Frimpong as her vice-presidential candidate. However, she made a last-minute change after Adakabre informed her that he was set to be enstooled as a chief, which would make him unavailable for the election.

In an interview on Rainbow Radio 87.6 FM's Nyankonton Mu Nsem, Akua Donkor explained that her decision to contest is aimed at improving the lives of Ghanaians and bringing much-needed relief. She also revealed that she will soon launch her manifesto, which will outline her plans for transforming the country’s economy.

The Ghanaian farmer-turned-politician is determined to fight for better living conditions for all citizens, as she continues her journey towards the 2024 elections.
