Amerikas, a leading beauty and skincare company, recently announced its acquisition of Skyn Iceland, a well-known brand specializing in clean and natural skincare products.

“This new chapter in the development of Skyn Iceland will see the brand returning to its original Nordic beauty positioning,” Amerikas and Skyn Iceland said in a joint statement.

Amerikas intends to provide Skyn Iceland with access to its distribution and brand-building expertise. The company was started 17 years ago by Sarah Kugelman, who is well known for her Hydracool Firming eye gels and Microneedle eye patches. As the name implies, Skyn Iceland goods are made using a blend of fruits, herbs, and mineral water from Iceland.

With this acquisition, Amerikas solidifies its position as a key player in the global beauty market while continuing to deliver effective and ethical skincare products that meet the needs of modern consumers.
