Nana Kwame Bediako, also known as Freedom Jacob Caesar, is a celebrated Ghanaian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and real estate developer.

Born on February 13, 1980, in Kumasi, Ghana, he is the founder and chairman of the Kwarleyz Group, a conglomerate specializing in real estate, finance, and property management across West Africa.

According to a report by Yen News, He is also behind major development projects like Wonda World Estate and the ambitious Petronia City, a 2,000-acre city designed to become a key economic hub for the region.

Bediako’s entrepreneurial spirit began early in life. Raised in Kumasi by his mother, he was later mentored by his affluent father, which helped him develop a keen business sense.

After attending Accra Academy, Apam Senior High School, and Waltham Forest College in the UK, Bediako ventured into various businesses, including poultry farming, scrap metal trading, and telecommunications.

His most significant venture, however, has been in real estate, where he has led several high-profile developments.

Under the Kwarleyz Group, Bediako has constructed over 500 residential units in Accra and other regions. His notable projects include luxury properties such as No. 1 Oxford Street and the Kwarleyz Apartments.

Additionally, Bediako has invested in the Petronia City project, which aims to become a major West African economic hub with sectors spanning mining, oil, gas, and education.
