According to GHOne TV, Ghanaian lawyer and academic, Tsatsu Tsikata, has raised serious concerns over the Supreme Court's management of the ongoing case regarding vacant seats in Parliament. Speaking publicly on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, Tsikata criticized the Court’s approach, highlighting what he described as procedural shortcomings that could set a troubling legal precedent.
