Ghanaian Afropop and Afrobeat sensation Wendy Shay has officially endorsed the upcoming 2024 Zongo Fair concert, scheduled to take place at Accra New Town College.

The two-day event, happening on November 23 and 24, promises an exciting lineup of activities and performances, with Wendy Shay headlining the concert on the evening of the 24th.

In a statement shared on social media, Wendy Shay invited her fans, known as Shay Gangsters and Survivors, to join her for an unforgettable night.

“I will be performing live. I want to see all my survivors, my Shay Gangsters. I know you want the heat,” she said, building anticipation for her performance.

The Zongo Fair, which starts at 9 a.m. each day, is set to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Zongo communities with exhibitions, entertainment, and other engaging activities.

The highlight of the event will undoubtedly be Wendy Shay’s performance at the concert, starting from 6 p.m. Ras Kuuku and other celebrities such as Majid Michel among others will equally grace the event.
