Henry Amponsah, better known as " Henry Fitz" on social media, has reportedly found himself in hot water with the law.

While official details remain sparse, news of his arrest broke on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, fueling fresh intrigue around the high- profile extortion case involving GHOne TV broadcaster Serwaa Amihere.

The backstory dates back to earlier this year when a private video featuring Henry Fitz and Serwaa Amihere surfaced online. Allegations swirled that Fitz leaked the footage after a failed attempt to extort money from Serwaa. The broadcaster filed a formal complaint with the police on April 3, 2024, leading to a case at Accra' s Dansoman Circuit Court.

Court records painted a complex picture. Fitz, alongside associates Edem Saviour Ketti and Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio, faced serious charges, including conspiracy and non- consensual sharing of intimate images, as well as sexual extortion. While Ketti and Ababio appeared in court, Fitz reportedly went into hiding, adding an air of mystery to the saga.

In a surprising turn, the court dismissed the case in August 2024 due to jurisdictional issues. Yet, the drama didn' t end there. With Fitz now reportedly in custody at the Greater Accra Regional Police Headquarters, the plot thickens. Is this a final chapter or the beginning of more revelations?
