Officers feared for man's welfare in Braintree taser incident Sali Byberi died following an incident involving numerous emergency workers in November 2022. An inquest into the 29-year-old's death has opened at Essex Coroner’s Court to establish the circumstances around his death. Officers from Essex Police went to the address in Clockhouse Way on November 21, when two officers found Sali and his partner arguing.
