Even though 2024 wasn’t the best year for AEW overall, the match quality did not let up, with PPVs in 2024 being jam-packed pull of show-stealers and weekly TV offering consistent bangers.

The Casino Gauntlet match at All In had a bit of everything. Interweaving storylines, star power, genuine surprises in Nigel McGuinness and Zack Sabre Jr, a major debut in Ricochet, and unbelievable in-ring talent that somehow managed to craft a match that had no many bodies but retained a structure and fluidity. It was a masterpiece of a match that the fans went wild for, all ending with a wonderful win from the cowardly Christian Cage.
