10 Oliver and Company Tells a Wonderful Tale
Despite being a lesser known film by Disney, the 1988 animated musical adventure Oliver and Company is many's childhood favorite. Perfect for throwback comfort, the film is loosely based on Charles Dickens' novel, Oliver Twist, but instead of the protagonist being an orphaned boy, Disney's version features a homeless kitten and a gang of dogs. From memorable songs that are easy to sing along to to the wholesome vibe the film evokes, Oliver and Company makes the otherwise dark story vibrant and heartwarming.
