LISEN Ultra Slim MagSafe Battery Review
Feb 3, 2025
Apple released a single version of its MagSafe battery a few years ago but was never upgraded or replaced. It eventually was removed for sale. It was a great product, and I wish it had stayed around. It was never designed to be the biggest battery, but it was great for getting through a heavy-use day. That’s exactly what the LISEN Ultra Slim MagSafe Power Bank offers. It’s what I envision a modern Apple MagSafe battery would look like.
: Every Monday, Bradley Chambers looks at the latest and greatest in the MagSafe and wireless charging industry to help you get the most out of your Apple devices that support wireless charging.
At just 0.3 inches, this power bank is similar to the iPhone 16. It’s comparable in thickness to some MagSafe wallets I’ve used. The same slim profile you’ve expected for holding credit cards now has enough battery to keep your phone alive through a busy day.

Slim and subtle

The LISEN Ultra Slim MagSafe Power Bank’s biggest selling point is its thinness. It’s so slim that it seamlessly attaches to your iPhone without feeling like you’ve added a brick to your device. It’s about as pocket-friendly as you can get for a power bank, making it a perfect companion for those who value portability and minimalism.
This isn’t the bulky power bank you’re used to seeing. It’s so think that you might even forget it’s there when you’re using it. And while 5,000mAh isn’t the highest capacity you can buy, it’s more than enough for most day-to-day needs. Think of it as a backup for when you’re on the go. It’s not designed to give you 2-3 full recharges or get you through a weekend.
