Normally, the uterus forms from two ducts that merge into one. However, in those with uterus didelphys, the ducts remain separate, creating two reproductive systems. This means Charlotte could theoretically become pregnant in both at the same time. While medically fascinating, her dating life has been anything but easy.

Since going public about her condition, Charlotte has been recognized on dating apps as " the girl with two vaginas. " Instead of meaningful conversations, she is often bombarded with inappropriate questions. " Men ask if I' ve had two at once, " she shared, " and when I say no, they quickly offer to ' help me try. ' "

Rather than being asked about her interests, she finds that most men are only curious about her anatomy. It has made forming genuine connections difficult.
