(GRAY) – Minnesota’s rules on electronic pull tabs changed at the beginning of this year, prohibiting the pull tabs from having an “open-all” button, something which has dramatically changed the way the games operate. Stakeholders that take part in charitable gambling often use the profits from e-pull tabs to support community programs, but Minnesota’s tribal nations maintain that the electronic gambling mechanism has become too similar to slots.
