A Lancaster County-made pan earned top marks in a recent review from Bon Appetit magazine. Lancaster Cast Iron, a company founded by college friends Mark Longenecker and Brandon Moore, was recently featured by the food publication. Commerce writer Wilder Davies tested a Lancaster Cast Iron pan in the Feb. 14 piece, “I’ve Tested Cast-Iron Pans for Years and This Is the Best One I’ve Ever Used.”
