President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s twin sons, Sean and Collins, have been appointed patrons of the Africa Twins Association (ATA).
The announcement was made following a continental summit for twins held in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Harare Hosts Continental Twins Summit
The ATA summit brought together twins from across Africa, with eight sets of twins attending the event in Harare.
During the summit, Farai Lawyer Katonha and Tendai Mayor Katonha were unveiled as the new presidents of the association. The gathering aimed to foster unity and address the unique challenges faced by twins and multiple births across the continent.
President Mnangagwa Twins Host Delegates
Although Sean and Collins could not attend the summit due to prior commitments, they hosted the visiting twins and some local twins shortly after the event.
The meeting provided a platform for the delegates to engage with their respective country ambassadors, a move that was highly commended by ATA members.
A Platform for Advocacy and Collaboration
The Katonha twins, who spearheaded the initiative, praised the Mnangagwa twins for their support.
