Anyone who knows me knows that I'm always studying in some way or another. I recently finished up my Masters degree and am already preparing to take a new certification test that will qualify me to work in a completely unrelated field. Really, I'll get certified in basically anything, sometimes to make a few extra bucks and other times just to say I did it. I just love learning things, whether I'll be tested on them or not (though people do tend to feel inclined to quiz me on my perfect recall of all 50 state capitals, which I guess counts as a test).

What's my secret? Well, for the majority of my studying, I prefer to use flashcards, specifically those designed using the Leitner system. This technique reduces redundancy by having you review only the facts or pieces of information you struggle with, instead of constantly forcing you to review things you already grasp. The Anki Pro app, then, is my favorite tool for creating flashcards, because it's as easy to do as in real life, it uses the Leitner system to quiz you, and it comes with a bunch of convenient options.
