MAN BURNT IN CAR WITH HANDS AND LEGS TIED – EMMASDALE RESIDENTS DEMAND SECURITY By Best Jere Residents of Lusaka's Emmasdale Township are calling for heightened security patrols following an incident in which a body was found burnt beyond recognition inside a torched vehicle. The incident occurred on the evening of March 11, 2025, along Nsembe street at approximately 21:10 hours. Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says investigations suggest foul play, as the victim’s hands and legs were found tied with a wire. Mr. Hamoonga however says the deceased’s identity, as well as that of the vehicle owner, remains unknown.
