Lewis Hamilton's crush on openworked Richard Milles intensifies Down Under
Mar 14, 2025
Last month, when Formula 1 threw a big fat party in London to kick off the 2025 season, we got a proper glimpse at Lewis Hamilton in full Scuderia Ferrari red glory. After 12 seasons with his old Mercedes crew, they could only look on as he bounded up the stage with the renewed energy of a prancing horse himself.
“I'm so full of life and so much energy, because everything is new,” said Hamilton to the cheering crowds, all clearly clocking down the days until the lights go out at the Australian Grand Prix.
Among the new gear, new teammate (the hottie that is Charles Leclerc), and new car, Hamilton has some new watches to play with too – specifically Richard Milles as it's Ferrari's official timekeeper. So far, since converting to red overalls, Hamilton has been pretty selective over which kettles he chooses to wear. The three we've clocked have something in common – they are all openworked tourbillons.
Down Under this week, the F1 legend was back to dropping immaculate paddock fits. This time around, that meant a Jacquemus suit (before switching into a Ferrari tee), with Ernest W. Jones western boots and a mix of Tiffany & Co. and Chrome Hearts jewellery. To top it off, Hamilton threw on a Richard Mille RM 74-02 Automatic Tourbillon in gold quartz TPT carbon, the same watch he rocked during pre-season testing in Bahrain.
