But Marks & Spencer shoppers have been buying up a miniature trailing plant that reviewers 'love'.

Priced at just £6, and it's important to point out the height measurement, which is 20.5 cm, a width of 10.2 cm and a length of 10.2 cm - but shoppers say 'it looks very real' and 'looks lovely' on a shelf.

One reviewer said: "Bought as a gift but kept for myself, lovely dark green colour looks great on my white bookcase!
