How To Make Korean Barley Tea (Bori Cha) At Home

Bori Cha is a popular, caffeine-free beverage that originated in East Asia and is famous in Japan, China, and Korea.
The anti-oxidant drink is called 'Bori-cha' in Korea, 'Mugi-cha' in Japan and 'Damai-cha' in China.

Ingredients
Barley grains, water, honey or sugar (optional).
Step 1:
Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add the barley grains and roast it for 5-8 minutes. Until they are golden brown.
Step 2
Boil around 2 cups of water in a large pot. Add the roasted barley grains. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the tea into cups using a tea strainer and enjoy!
