Gareth Pierce, who first appeared as Todd Grimshaw in Coronation Street five years ago, has been at the heart of numerous storylines.

Todd is the son of long-standing character Eileen Grimshaw and has weathered a confrontation with gangster Mick Chaney.

He's also navigated tense relations with Eileen's partner, George Shuttleworth, with whom he previously worked at Shuttleworth's funeral parlour.

More recently Todd's head has been turned by handsome new arrival Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) with the pair sharing a kiss during recent scenes of the ITV show.
