Robbie Williams' 'overpowering' health battle he beat after astonishing weight loss
Apr 7, 2025

The singer, who'll be performing at Bath's Royal Crescent on June 13 and June 14, has opened up about his health and returning to the big stage

Robbie Williams has a clear goal in mind as he prepares to step under the lights of Murrayfield for the first night of his tour in just a few weeks. "I want to make people happy and transport them somewhere else ...if only for a couple of hours," he declares.
However, the singer is aware that he has more than just his legion of fans to please - specifically, his 10-year-old son Charlie. "I did this gig in Munich to 125,000 people, the place is going wild, and I'm singing Let Me Entertain You....I looked over to the VIP section, and Charlie has just got his head down playing on his iPad," Robbie recounts to The Mirror, with a chuckle.
"But at Hyde Park last year, I came off, and afterwards, he was just looking at me with these wide eyes, like he had a moment of recognition that his dad was somebody other than somebody that tells him to stop misbehaving or the dad police."
Charlie will join his siblings Teddy, 12, Coco, six, and Beau, four, at various stages of the stadium tour which begins in Edinburgh on May 31, before moving on to shows in London, Manchester, Bath and Newcastle. This follows a hectic 12 months for the star, who has been promoting last year's autobiographical film Better Man, as well as his upcoming art exhibition Radical Honesty.
