Peter Crouch has admitted an "issue" is brewing with his wife Abbey Clancy, especially after the duo recently confessed they've been leading "separate lives". The couple, who have been married for 14 years, are doting parents to their four kids.

On the latest episode of 'Therapy Crouch', the couple's collaborative podcast, Abbey lightly mentioned how their "separate lives" have contributed to her feeling the best she's ever felt.

The pair were discussing how Peter often plays golf during the day while Abbey pursues her hobby of horse riding and said having time apart has sustained their "healthy relationship".

However, Peter has now voiced that this newfound passion is causing some problems.

During the segment called "weekly whines", Peter opened up: "Where do I start? It's a difficult one, this, because I wanted you to have a passion [horse riding] like I have," reports Wales Online.

He added: "I feel like you've got a passion, but you've f***ed me off." Abbey wasn't shy in responding, telling her hubby, who is famed for his time at Liverpool, not to be envious: "Now you know how I feel."

Peter expressed: "I'm really pleased with your horse riding and all that's great. But, you know, I've kind of wanted you back a bit now."
