Lyon v Manchester United: Line-ups confirmed as Onana starts but Matic named on the bench

Andre Onana starts the clash between Lyon and Manchester United but Nemanja Matic is only on the bench
Manchester United head to France tonight for their vitally important Europa League quarter-final, first-leg clash against Lyon.
This competition represents United’s remaining chance of qualifying for European football next season given they are out of the FA Cup and won’t qualify from their league position.
It’s also crucial for boss Ruben Amorim as he strives to show he is a good fit for the job at Old Trafford.
The game, therefore, needs no added spice and yet it came yesterday in the unlikely form of a spat between Andre Onana and Nemanja Matic.
The pair traded barbs in person and online before Amorim attempted to shut it down at his pre-match press conference.
Lyon Team News
Boss Paulo Fonseca, who will be allowed on the touchline tonight despite serving a nine-month domestic ban, made four changes to the side that beat Lille 2-1 at the weekend.
Ernest Nuamah misses out after sustaining an ACL injury against Lille while Matic, Tanner Tessmann and Alexandre Lacazette are dropped. Matic and Lacazette are on the bench, though.
In come, Paul Akouokou, Jordan Veretout, Rayan Cherki and Georges Mikautadze.
Lyon: Perri; Maitland-Niles, Mata, Niakhate, Tagliafico; Tolisso, Akoujou, Veretout; Cherki, Mikautadze, Almada.
