Barbiecore is back in full swing as social media users go crazy for new artificial intelligence (AI) trend that turns regular, ordinary people into action figures - with a fashion doll twist.

Using ChatGPT - a free AI platform - thousands of people have been hopping on the trend by asking the bot a few simple prompts to turn them into a Barbie figure. The platform takes images from the user to create a doll-like impersonation, complete with accessories and a branded pink box. I decided to give the toy-like stylisation a go to see how easy it is - and reveal exactly what prompts you need to do the same at home in less than five minutes.

First, I headed to ChatGPT where you need to make a free account to unlock this feature. My first attempt at making the viral figure was unsuccessful as I simply asked the AI bot to "make me the viral Barbie trend doll?"

After uploading a picture of myself, the above image came back. While it was incredible cute in all its bubbly pink glory, it didn't quite hit the trend of being turned into an actual Barbie doll figure, complete with a box. After digging into the trend a little deeper, I found the exact prompt needed to achieve the perfect look.
